Budget trip to Krabi island

How you can go to Krabi without spending too much money??..

Accommodation
1)First thing first, you need too book early for the accommodation.

Transport
2)Second thing that you need to consider is about the transportation
For the transportation, the need to be search if there are a promotion for ticket flight. But if you want to feel more adventure, you can buy a train ticket that is the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM)to hatyai and take a van to krabi. It is more cheaper than taking flight. For going back, you can take a bus from hatyai to Kuala Lumpur.

Package
3)Third thing that need to give attention is regarding the packages. As you know, if you take package from the travel agent, the price sometimes is quite high. But if you go from one to one travel agent along the street at krabi, you get more cheeper price. Because the price is not fix and you can try negotiate and get much cheaper price.

Meal
4)Fourth thing is the meal. Many people consider that this is the problem for muslim people. But actually it is easier to find the halal food.
First, you can see at the restaurant or stall whether there are a logo of star and half moon.If there are the logo, the restaurant or stall is own by muslim people.
Second, you also can ask the person who stand outside the restaurant whether the restaurant is halal or not.
Third, is you can go inside the restaurant and see the menu. If there are pork in the menu just STAND UP AND GO. Dont think twice.

Shopping/Buying souvenirs
5)Shopping at krabi is quite cheaper, but you need to be careful and try to search first before buy. Sometimes you feel cheaper, but there a shop or people who sell more cheaper. But for the shopping, i suggest you need to standby more money as contigency.

Dont forget to standby the Ringgit Malaysia for contigency... :)

The Bad Effects of Smell Good

This things makes us feel seductive, it makes you feel feminine. For women, in short it makes you feel the complete woman. It also does a lot to our confidence. Its addictive effect made people stay around for as long as they could, take deep breaths, fantasizing, dreaming. Actually these things do a lot more to you - and believe me - it isn't all pleasant. There is another side of these things that seduces - it also hurts - and hurts badly.
What am I talking about? It was actually a perfume and today I am here would like to tell you guys about the negative effects of perfume that affect people life. Frankly speaking, I was the person that perceives people who smell good differently, I respect them more, and I see them in a better light. But, it seems hard to believe that something that smells so good can be so harmful to your and others around you. I know most of you will not believe this; I did too, until I started researching about this. Among the negative effects of perfumes that are Allergies, Central Nervous System Disorders AND lastly Environmental Dangers that slowly affect our daily life.

1. Allergies
Perfumes exposed people to allergies. Perfumes have contributed to a type of allergy known as chemical sensitivity to fragrances and give several illnesses to the patient. Among the illness suffered by the patient was severe migraines and it usually last for 6 to 7 hours. Next, the patient may suffer from allergy symptoms. This will happen when allergic person becomes exposed to an allergen - protein particle ingested, inhaled, absorbed or injected that triggers a reaction. The immune system then overreacts causing sneezing, nasal itching, chest tightness and wheezing.

2. Central Nervous System Disorder
Most frighteningly, perfumes are known to affect the brain and central nervous system as well. Research has proved that there is a close connection between memory and scent. Many of the ingredients in fragrances are neurotoxins, meaning that they have poisonous effects on the brain and nervous system. Hence it is an acknowledged fact that chemical fragrances affect the brain tissue. Central nervous system disorders can result from some of the chemicals included in fragrances. Some of the ingredients like benzene derivatives can also potentially cause birth defects and cancer, according to the report published on EcoMall.

3. Environmental Dangers
Lastly, perfumes or fragrances can lead to environmental dangers. The chemicals associated with fragrances in household and beauty products are potentially dangerous for the planet. This had been proved by Christian Science Monitor through a research conducted in Stanford University. The study claims that the cells of mussels that absorb the dye used in fragrances and human beings are similar; thus the potential danger to people might be significant. Also, sewage treatments do not remove the chemicals associated with fragrances from bodies of water throughout the world. Countries such as Japan have banned certain       chemicals used in fragrances from being used to produce beauty and fragrance items.

Today we have seen that perfume can potentially cause serious bodily harm, even though it gives sweet odors to us.  Shakespeare claimed: “that which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”  Thanks to today’s chemical industry, that is no longer true.  Worse than that, the potential health effects are anything but sweet.

Heaven on Earth

Bali, an Indonesian island, is a popular tourist attraction because of it’s beautiful beaches and resorts as well as its strong culture and traditions in art, dance, music, and more. Have you guys been to Bali before this? What can you tell about the Bali culture, dances and place of interest? If you have money and time, would you travel to Bali? For me the answer would be yes ! and it's like a golden opportunity for me to travel to this so-called 'Heaven in Earth'. So three of us Intan, Firdaus —and Adai have been to Bali before this. Bali is full of surprise that we were not expected. We can see the cultural dance that is perform. We also went to the floating temple in Tanah Lot, Bali and at there we can see the scenic view from the top of the hill where there was a sunset shining the Earth. So, at there we stay in Matahari Guest House located in Kuta. Since the others hotel was fully booked so we just had this guest house to stay over in Kuta. Luckily, the environment was so good and the staff in the guest house was so nice to us. We choose this place because before this we had been told that Kuta is among the most famous tourist places in Bali. It is famous with the spectacular white sandy beach, several of hotels from luxury and until budget hotels are available, hilarious nightlife, plenty of restaurants with international cuisine, bars, pub, Water Boom Park and shopping center. It is one stop place for holiday in Bali by offering the plenty of selection we need and make it the right place to visit on your vacation in Bali. Story without picture would be boring without picture, so below is the picture of us went to Bali before this.

negative effects using earphones !

What did you usually use to hear the music? Did you prefer to use speaker or personal earphones?
Nowadays mostly people are prefer to use earphones because they can hear music clearly without hear any noise surrounding them. Plus, earphone are easy to carry anywhere they go. But, earphones also can give bad effect to the users.Information that we will share with you today is come from our research through internet, newspaper and other sources that can be trusted. Mostly the earphones or headphones on personal music players can reach noise levels as similar to those of jet engines. It can make your ears injury.
Even though you think it has much benefits, there is certainly a dark side. The negative effect using earphones are hearing loss, ear infection and microwave radiation.

1. HEARING LOSS
Studies has proved that if you listen to music exceeding 90 decibels, it will cause temporary hearing loss which will eventually lead to permanent hearing loss and if you are using earphones for long hours to listen at maximum possible loudness (80-85 decibels) for more than 8 hours per day, then you may get permanent hearing loss.If you use it at higher range (88-90 decibels) then you will  have the same results in 4 hours.
do not listen the music exceed more than 90 decibels !
2. EAR INFECTION
According to the Manchester Evening News, regular use of earphones can enhance the growth of harmful bacteria. Since earphones are made for two ears, it is quite inevitable that people share them. Sharing or borrowing earphones may just cause the transfer someone else's bacteria to your ears.
sharing earphone may transfer the bacteria !
3.MICROWAVE RADIATION
A Bluetooth emits microwave radiation that have lower frequencies and have higher oscillation enables them to penetrate through the living tissues of your body.If you are using a Bluetooth headset for long hours then consider yourself being exposed to a field of radiation. The radiation affects eyes, brain and definitely your ears and also affect your DNA which can pass to your next generation.Long term exposure may lead to cancer, blindness, memory loss, hearing loss, hair loss and mental disorders
